- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 cup canned milk
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bag doritoes
- 1 can green chilis
- 2 lbs ground beef
- shredded cheese
Brown ground beef and onion. In separate pan mix together all other ingredients except chips and cheese.
In a casserole dish, fill bottom with doritoes, spread meat mixture over the chips, and then pour soup mixture over the top. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and edges of cheese begin to brown (approximately 30-40 minutes)
